Immediately after lodging  a call  by email or through the form below a HELPDESK ticket is opened and you will be emailed with a confirmation and provided with the ticket number. This should be used in the heading any subsequent email correspondence or quoted in telephone calls


The HELP desk facility will enable calls to be lodged, other information to be viewed (FAQ for example) and the progress of an existing support ticket to be followed up.
